TALK: Engaging Architecture in India Series, Mumbai

I will be speaking at the Engaging Architecture in India Series on Transitional Rurality: Lessons from the Indian Hinterland. It is an international conference of architectural practitioners, educationists, entrepreneurs, and stake holders and will be hosted by IES College of Architecture, Mumbai on January 16-17, 2015.


I will be speaking at Bund, New Delhi on December 12, 2014 at 5 pm. The public lecture is titled “The Story of Mud: Role of a Modern Architect in Rural India.”


I will be speaking at a public lecture hosted by Sathya Consultants in Bangalore on September 10, 2013. The lecture is titled “Rural Building Practices: Kangra Valley of Himachal Pradesh.”


I will be speaking at a public lecture hosted by Lamakaan, Hyderabad on September 6, 2013. The lecture is titled “Rural Building Systems” and will address recent transformations in regional building construction practices in the Kangra valley of Himachal Pradesh.
